🔎 Job Opportunity: Client Representative – Welding & NDT Inspector (x2)

📍 Location: Nordenham, Germany
🔁 Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
💶 Rate: 550 EUR/day (paid per worked day, all-inclusive)
📅 Start Date: 1 June 2026
⏳ Contract: min. 1 year + possible extension
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 12h/day

Join a major offshore wind project – Norfolk Vanguard West (client-side role). Stable, long-term position with a fixed rotation.

🛠️ Scope of Work

Supervise and monitor welding and NDT activities
Oversee Contractor’s fabrication and NDT works
Liaise with Contractor and site teams on daily quality matters
Perform inspections (fit-ups, dimensional checks, NDT witnessing)
Ensure compliance with project documentation (ITPs, procedures)
Monitor workmanship quality, equipment, qualifications, and traceability
Participate in site meetings and quality activities
Identify non-conformities and support corrective actions
Review quality documentation prior to fabrication/NDT start

Requirements

Welding inspector | IWI | NDT

Experience in offshore / heavy steel fabrication (wind or O&G)
Solid knowledge of NDT methods (VT, MT, PT, UT, RT, PAUT preferred)
PCN Level II (or equivalent) – preferred
Certifications: CSWIP 3.2 / AWS-SCWI / IWE / IWI-C or similar
Basic understanding of standards (DNV, NORSOK)
Ability to read fabrication drawings and work with ITPs
Good English communication skills
Proactive, team-oriented approach
