TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “JOB BOARD WORKEEON.COM” WEBSITE


§1. General Provisions

  1.  These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the job board website operating under the name “Job Board workeeon.com” (hereinafter: the “Service”). 
  2.  The owner of the Service is Verumqs sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Biała Podlaska (21-500), ul. Szymanowskiego 35, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0001013616, VAT ID (NIP): PL5372671934 (hereinafter: the “Administrator”). 
  3.  The Administrator may be contacted via email at: ms@workeeon.com. 
  4.  Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

§2. Definitions

Service – an online platform enabling the publication of job offers and candidate profiles.

User – any person using the Service.

Candidate – a User seeking employment.

Employer – a User publishing job offers or conducting recruitment processes.

Administrator – Verumqs sp. z o.o.

§3. Nature of the Service

  1.  The Service operates as a job board platform. 
  2.  The Administrator is not an employment agency or job placement agency. 
  3.  The Administrator is not a party to agreements concluded between Users. 
  4.  The Service does not guarantee employment or the conclusion of any agreement. 

§4. Scope of Services

  1.  The Service enables in particular:
     a) browsing job offers,
     b) publishing job offers by Employers,
     c) creating Candidate profiles,
     d) communication between Users. 

§5. Terms of Use of the Service

  1.  The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with applicable law and these Terms and Conditions. 
  2.  In particular, the following actions are prohibited:
     a) providing false information,
     b) publishing unlawful content,
     c) infringing third-party rights,
     d) using the Service for acts constituting unfair competition,
     e) automated data collection without the Administrator’s consent. 
  3.  The Administrator has the right to block a User’s account in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions. 

§6. User Account

  1.  Creating an account may be required in order to use selected functions of the Service. 
  2.  The User is obliged to keep login credentials confidential. 
  3.  The User is responsible for all actions performed through their account. 

§7. Job Offers and Content

  1.  The Employer bears full responsibility for the content of published job offers. 
  2.  Job offers must comply with applicable law. 
  3.  The Administrator reserves the right to moderate, remove, or block content in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law. 

§8. Liability

  1.  The Administrator shall not be liable for:
     a) the content of job offers,
     b) Users’ recruitment decisions,
     c) failure to obtain employment,
     d) relationships between Users. 
  2.  Use of the Service is at the User’s own risk. 
  3.  The Administrator makes every effort to ensure proper operation of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. 

§9. Payments

  1.  Use of the Service may be free of charge or subject to payment. 
  2.  Paid services may include in particular:
     a) publication of job advertisements,
     b) access to the candidate database,
     c) subscriptions. 
  3.  Detailed terms are specified in the price list or in an individual agreement. 

§10. Personal Data (GDPR)

  1.  The controller of personal data is Verumqs sp. z o.o. 
  2.  Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR). 
  3.  Data is processed for the purpose of using the Service and conducting recruitment processes. 
  4.  Detailed rules are specified in the Privacy Policy. 

§11. Cookies

  1.  The Service uses cookies to ensure proper operation and traffic analysis. 
  2.  The User may manage cookies in their browser settings. 

§12. Complaints

  1.  Complaints may be submitted electronically to: ms@workeeon.com. 
  2.  Complaints are reviewed within 14 days from the date of receipt. 

§13. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

  1.  The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. 
  2.  Amendments become effective upon publication on the Service. 

§14. Final Provisions

  1.  Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law. 
  2.  These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on January 1, 2026. 

§15. Subscriptions and Cancellation

  1.  The User may cancel a subscription at any time:
     a) through the user panel,
     b) by contacting: ms@workeeon.com via email. 
  2.  Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. 
  3.  Fees for a commenced billing period are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. 
  4.  The Administrator may cancel a subscription in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions. 

§16. Moderation of Advertisements

  1.  workeeon.com reserves the right to pre-moderate job advertisements before publication. 
  2.  Moderation includes, in particular, verification of spelling and stylistic correctness and the introduction of necessary corrections. 
  3.  With the Client’s consent, the Administrator may also introduce substantive corrections. 
  4.  workeeon.com is entitled to make corrections after publication of the advertisement as well. 
  5.  The Client shall be informed immediately of any changes made. 

§17. Employer Panel and Its Removal

  1.  The Client may manage access to the Employer Panel for members of its staff. 
  2.  The Client is responsible for the actions or omissions of persons granted access to the Employer Panel as for its own actions or omissions. 
  3.  Data provided in the Employer Panel and Employer Profile must be true, complete, and not misleading. 
  4.  The Client may resign from the Employer Panel by submitting a request to: ms@workeeon.com. The Panel shall be removed within 3 Business Days from the date of receipt of the request. 
  5.  Removal of the Panel shall not affect obligations previously incurred by the Parties, in particular payment obligations. 
  6.  workeeon.com is entitled to remove the Employer Panel if, for a period of 12 months, the Client has neither logged into the Panel nor published any job advertisement, provided there are no active advertisements. In such a case, the Client shall be informed at least 14 days in advance via email. 
  7.  workeeon.com is entitled to remove the Client’s Employer Panel if the Client breaches the provisions of the Agreement, Order, these Terms and Conditions, or generally applicable law, provided that the Client has first been requested to cease the violations and granted a period of 5 Business Days for this purpose. The notice shall be sent to the Client via email to the address specified in the Agreement or Order. The Employer Panel shall be removed after the ineffective expiry of the designated period.
