Client Representative - Fabrication Coordinator / Supervisor – Monopiles 📍 Roermond, Netherlands (On-site role) 📅 Start date: 18 May 2026 (remote) & from 1 June 2026 (on-site) ⏳ Contract: approx. 1.5 years (until end of 2027), with possible extension. 💶 Daily rate: 450 EUR/day (all-in) Project: EA2 Laptop and PPE provided by the Client. We are looking for a Fabrication Coordinator / Supervisor (Monopiles) to support a major offshore wind project. We are looking for a long-term candidate, with potential for permanent cooperation, who will stay at least for the full project duration. Scope of work Supervision of monopile fabrication activities at the yard/site, ensuring compliance with schedule and project requirements. Responsibilities - Provide daily oversight of monopile fabrication activities at the fabrication yard/site. - Make informed day-to-day decisions to prevent delays, disruptions, claims, and variations. - Ensure that all decisions are aligned with safety, technical, schedule, and budget requirements. - Identify risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize impact on the project. - Coordination between Fabrication Contractors, Installation Teams, and Project Management - Ensure that communication between all parties is timely, effective, and documented to avoid conflicts or delays. - Support during load-out operations and documentation - Leading site meetings and reporting progress - Monitoring schedule, risks, and fabrication progress Requirements - Degree in Engineering (Structural / Mechanical / Civil / Offshore) - Experience in offshore fabrication (monopiles experience is a plus) - Knowledge of welding, NDT, coatings, and heavy steel structures - Experience working with contractors and project teams - Good English communication skills - Welding inspection experience / certification – highly preferred but not mandatory We provide ✈️ Laptop (PC) 🦺 PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) 📈 Long-term cooperation opportunity Simple recruitment process – no unnecessary HR interviews. 📩 We encourage you to apply!
