Health & Safety Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Specialist who will be responsible for supervising compliance with legal regulations and corporate requirements in the field of occupational health and safety. The successful candidate will actively support the development of a strong safety culture within the organization, initiate preventive actions, and contribute to creating a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role within the construction, energy, or industrial sector.
University degree.
Very good knowledge of current occupational health and safety regulations.
Knowledge of ISO 45001 standards.
Good command of English (minimum B1/B2 level).
Very good knowledge of MS Office package.
Ability to create presentations, instructions, and procedures.
Project management and coordination skills.
Independence, strong organizational skills, teamwork abilities, creativity, persistence, and results-oriented mindset.

Tasks to be performed

Supervising compliance with health and safety regulations and corporate standards.
Supporting and organizing activities aimed at ensuring safe and hygienic working conditions.
Building employee awareness through programs, trainings, and initiatives promoting a strong safety culture.
Conducting HSE trainings and audits.
Providing professional HSE support and guidance to management staff.
Initiating and implementing actions focused on continuous improvement of workplace safety and reduction of occupational risks.
Cooperating in the implementation of investments and organizational/technical solutions related to safety improvements.
Implementing corporate HSE requirements and standards.
Analyzing near-miss incidents and workplace hazards, participating in accident investigations, and maintaining documentation related to occupational accidents, diseases, and harmful factors.
Performing other duties arising from Health & Safety Service regulations.
Experience in graphic design software for creating HSE posters will be considered an advantage.
Experience in video editing and content creation tools will be considered an advantage.
